Why this exists

I kept hearing the same story from founders and business owners: they hired someone to build what they needed, and it went badly. A freelancer disappeared. An agency quoted one price and billed another. A “technical co-founder” left halfway through.

None of that is a coincidence. Most of the industry is built around billing hours, not delivering outcomes. So we built the opposite: fixed scope, fixed price, weekly proof of progress, and you own everything from day one — not because it sounds good on a website, but because it's the only structure that actually protects the person paying for the work.

We work with two kinds of people: founders who have an idea and can't build it themselves, and business owners who are losing time or money to a problem a system could solve. Different starting points, same process.
