The situation
Our client was managing every medicine order manually by phone call or in-person visit. No app meant customers had to call or visit. No order tracking, no admin visibility, and no easy way to manage inventory or see incoming orders. As they looked to grow, the process wasn't going to scale.
What we built
We mapped how orders were taken manually, then designed a simple flow any customer could use without a tutorial. A custom mobile app was built around their medicine catalogue, paired with an admin panel matched exactly to how the owner manages daily orders. Fast, clean UI meant staff needed zero training to get started.
